Feature Availability by Region (Important Notice)

To help Freeport comply with applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions programs, certain features of the Freeport Markets App (the "App") are not available in some jurisdictions. If you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise accessing the App from a restricted jurisdiction, you must not access or use the restricted features.

We may use reasonable controls (including IP geolocation and other signals) to enforce these restrictions, but you remain solely responsible for complying with local laws and these Terms. Do not attempt to bypass these restrictions, including by using a VPN, proxy, or other method to conceal your location.

Self-regulation / user responsibility: You are fully responsible for determining whether your use of any feature is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not understand these restrictions, do not use the feature.

Available everywhere except: United Kingdom, United States.

Available everywhere except:

Important Considerations

• Self-Custody / Non-Custodial: Where the App supports non-custodial wallet functionality, you may retain control of your assets even if certain trading features are restricted in your location. Depending on the feature, you may still be able to export or use your wallet with other compatible services — at your own risk and subject to applicable law.

• Compliance is Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. Freeport may restrict or disable access to features to meet legal and compliance requirements, and may do so without notice.

• No Guarantee of Availability: Availability may change over time based on legal, regulatory, risk, or operational considerations. We may update these restrictions at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated restrictions.

Sanctions / Restricted Jurisdictions (U.S. Sanctions Compliance Notice)

Certain infrastructure providers used by Freeport (including U.S.-based blockchain and cloud service providers) are required to comply with U.S. economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"). These providers monitor changes to U.S. sanctions programs and implement controls to comply with applicable law.

Accordingly, the App and/or certain features may be unavailable or restricted in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. As of the date of this Policy, these jurisdictions/regions include:

• North Korea

• Cuba

• Syria

• Ukraine (the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)

Freeport may update this list and implement additional restrictions at any time to comply with applicable laws and provider requirements. You agree not to attempt to access restricted features from a sanctioned jurisdiction or to bypass location-based restrictions (including through VPNs or similar tools).
